Salem approves Kuebler Gateway Shopping Center with conditions

Salem city planners on Tuesday approved a plan to build a nearly 200,000-square-foot shopping center along Kuebler Boulevard, but with a bevy of conditions.

The Kuebler Gateway Shopping Center will be anchored by a Costco Wholesale and include a fueling station and five shell buildings intended for more retailers.
