The Latest Stories For You From Salem Reporter

Good morning, Salem.

There’s just over a week to go until Thanksgiving.

That might mean planning a detailed menu with the oven scheduled down to the minute, making plans for a last minute trip to the store for pie or forgoing an elaborate meal all together.

However you plan to celebrate, our reporters would like to shine some light into our community in these sometimes dark days.

We’d like to know: what are you grateful for?

It could be something small – a tree you walk by regularly, a favorite snack. It could be something particular to Salem, a memory, a person in your life or something about the world right now.

It could be a pet (we accept photos as well).

Send a sentence or two about it to reporter Hailey Cook at [email protected], along with your first name and last initial. If we get enough, we’ll publish a collection of them on Thanksgiving Day.
