Don Pancho moves to larger facility in former NORPAC plant

One million tortillas a day will flow from a revamped factory in Salem’s industrial district.
Longtime local food manufacturer Don Pancho on Wednesday celebrated the grand opening of its new, 300,000 square foot manufacturing facility, tripling the size of its former home.
The company produces a wide range of tortillas, chips and other Hispanic foods. The production requires 15 to 20 truckloads of masa coming in each week.
