Helping Hands Resources gets state boost to deliver more clothes, necessities to community

Whether someone walks up without shoes or pulls up in a Mercedes-Benz, a retail store on Southeast 13th Street won’t charge them a dime for clothing, kitchenware, books, toys and more. They’ll leave with what they need, no questions asked.
