PHOTOS: Keizer is entertained by more than 70 holiday parade entries
The weather was cool and dry Saturday as Keizer residents lined the streets for the annual Holiday Lights Parade.
On Saturday, Dec. 13, the parade with the theme “A Hollywood Holiday” traveled River Road from Lockhaven Drive to Glynbrook Street. This year’s grand marshal was Bill Lawyer, who leads Keizer’s public works operations and will retire next year.
