West Salem woman sentenced to 6 years for mail theft, fraud that victimized hundreds
A West Salem woman was sentenced to six years in state prison after pleading guilty to stealing mail and identification documents from at least 600 people and local businesses.
The woman, Ashley A. Wood, 32, was sentenced Friday, Oct. 3, in Polk County Circuit Court for over 30 counts of criminal charges connected to the scheme.
