Salem Art Fair celebrates its 76th year with record number of artists

Bend painter Barton DeGraaf is known as the “frog guy” for his whimsical scenes of frogs, dogs and other animals sipping beer and riding bikes.

DeGraaf is one of more than 200 artists featured at this year’s Salem Art Fair and Festival, showcasing mediums like painting, sculpture, jewelry, glasswork and ceramics.
