Art Fair runs one more day at Bush’s Pasture Park with good strolling weather

The weather is forecast to be ideal Sunday for the final day of the Salem Art Fair.

The event at Bush’s Pasture Park marks the 75th anniversary of this iconic Salem happening. And it’s the first time the event has been held in September.

Artists open their booths at 9 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 15, and there is music on the main stage through the day. And there are plenty of food vendors to fuel your stroll through the fair. The event is put on by the Salem Art Association.

Here is basic information for the day:

Admission at the gate: Kids 12 and under, free; 13-17, $5; Seniors (+55) and veterans, $8; adults, $10. Admission is free for Oregon Trail Card holders or Oregon Health Plan members.

Sunday schedule: 

Artist Booths ­– 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Kids’ Court – 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Entertainment – 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
