PHOTOS: Urban Art Fest makes a celebratory return to Salem

Hip-hop beats soared over Riverfront Park Saturday evening as artists put the finishing touches on graffiti murals next to the Gerry Frank Amphitheater.

After a long pandemic hiatus, Urban Art Fest returned to the park for its 10th year. Organized by Latinos Unidos Siempre, the event celebrates urban arts including breakdancing, lowriders, graffiti, hip-hop and beatboxing.

Barbers donated their time to provide free back-to-school haircuts for youth.
