The presentation will also cover citizens’ “acts of dissent,” according to a city of Salem newsletter Friday.

It’s scheduled for 5-6 p.m. Tuesday at the Loucks Auditorium at Salem Public Library, located at 585 Liberty St. S.E.

People can learn more about the event, titled “The War on Ukraine: Voices of Resistance,” by contacting the library at 503-588-6315 or [email protected].
