Covid vaccines, boosters available starting Thursday at Salem Center

Starting Thursday, anyone can get a Covid vaccine for free at Salem Center.

Salem Health is setting up a vaccine clinic which will be open Tuesdays through Fridays from 1-7 p.m. at the mall, 401 Center St. N.E., in downtown Salem. Vaccines will be offered near the Kohl’s and Ross stores.

Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will all be available. People eligible to receive a booster dose of the Pfizer vaccine can also get vaccinated at the clinic.

No appointment, identification or insurance is required to get vaccinated. Vaccines begin Oct. 21. No end date has been announced.
