The Marion County Board of Commissioners meets Wednesday to consider several contracts for psychiatric services and to extend a contract for policing in east Salem.
Commissioners will consider approving a $540,000 contract with Robert Wolf to provide medical director services for the county’s behavioral health programs until May 2024.
They will consider approving a $273,000 contract with Nathaniel Kravitz to provide psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner services to individuals in mental health programs through June 2023.
They will also consider approving a $500,000 contract with Salem Health to provide acute inpatient psychiatric services retroactive from January through December.
Commissioners will consider approving $4.1 million in incoming funds from the East Salem Service District to provide stormwater services through June 2026.
Additionally, they will consider approving an additional $4.9 million for a contract that provides Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputies in east Salem. The total contract would be $9.8 million and last until June 2024.
