Police have not identified a man they say shot at law enforcement officers in two separate incidents on Sunday, April 30.
Felipe Amezcua Manzo pointed a laser-equipped gun at two drivers in freeway traffic and started a shootout with an Oregon State Police Trooper, according to a statement from the Marion County District Attorney’s Office.
