Marion Street Bridge construction delayed for World Athletics Championships

Salem drivers may see heavier than normal traffic on Interstate 5 when the World Athletics Championships commence this weekend in Eugene.

Heavier traffic is expected all along the freeway throughout the 10-day event, said Angela Beers Seydel, spokeswoman for the state Department of Transportation.
