STATE OF OREGON, by and through its DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, Plaintiff
v.
THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AND ASSIGNS OF AMELIA C. RIELY (aka AMELIA C. RILEY, fka AMELIA C. SAVAGE); and ALSO ALL OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES UNKNOWN CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, LIEN, OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE COMPLAINT HEREIN, Defendants.

TO: The Unknown Heirs and Assigns of Amelia C. Riely (aka Amelia C. Riley; fka Amelia C. Savage; and Also All Other Persons or Parties Unknown Claiming Any Right, Title, Lien, or Interest in the Property Described in the Complaint Herein.
Plaintiff in the above-referenced action has filed claims seeking to quiet title to the property and premises best commonly described as the eastern portion of the Oregon State Hospital and grounds, located immediately to the south of and abutting Center Street NE, west of Park Avenue NE, and north of the Oregon State Penitentiary, and more particularly described as follows: “Beginning on the North line of the Donation Land Claim of M.L. Savage and wife Notification No. 135, Claim No. 79, at a point (a planted rock) 25.00 chains East of the Northwest corner of said Claim No. 79; thence South 88°54 East following said North line of said Claim 7.92 chains to a planted rock; thence South 30.26 chains to a planted rock; thence West 7.92 chains to an iron pipe two inches in diameter driven in the ground; thence North 30.26 chains following the East line of the land owned by the State of Oregon to the Place of Beginning and being part of the said Donation Land Claim of M.L. Savage and wife No. 79 situate in Township 7 South and Range 3 West of the Willamette Meridian, in Marion County, Oregon.” Plaintiff seeks to quiet title to said property in its favor, and a judgment declaring Plaintiff to have an exclusive interest in the premises for its benefit. You are hereby required to appear and defend the claims against you by Plaintiff in the Complaint filed in the above-entitled court within 30 days from the date of first publication of this Summons. If you fail to timely appear and defend, Plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
