Truck drivers turned junk haulers earn Salem Chamber new business award

Eleazer Lara’s customers know him as “Bison,” the same nickname he used when he was a long-haul truck driver.

Now settled in Salem with his wife, Cynthia, the pair own Bison Dump Hauling and Junk Removal. Earlier this year, their business won the New Business of the Year award from the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce.
