PHOTOS: Thousands take to Salem streets for Hoopla tournament
They teamed up by age, ready to take to Salem’s streets and bid for a basketball championship.
There would be titles for winning, of course.
More than 1,100 teams participated in the Oregon Specialty Group Hoopla, a three-on-three basketball competition in its 26th year in Salem.
Teams comprised three players, ranging from girls 7 and under to men 40 and over.
