Wanted: more Salem spots to host a shower truck
Each Tuesday, a parking lot on Northeast Lancaster Drive becomes one of the few places that unsheltered people can get a free shower in Salem.
The bright blue mobile shower truck parks by Grace Community Church once a week, at the same time that the Kindness Closet opens its doors to offer a hot meal, clothing, necessities and a community gathering space.
