NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETINGS

East Salem Service District

Brooks Community Service District

Fargo Interchange Service District

Labish Village Sewage & Drainage District

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that meetings of the Budget Committees for the four (4) above-referenced Service Districts will be held consecutively on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. These meetings will be held in the Commissioners Board Room at Courthouse Square, located at 555 Court St NE, in Salem. If you wish to participate in these meetings via phone or Teams, please contact Cory Swartwout at (503) 365-3178 or email [email protected] for instructions on joining the call. The purpose of each meeting is to receive the budget message, approve minutes, and present the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026. These are public meetings where deliberations of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
