NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ellen Eisenberg has been appointed personal representative of the above-referenced estate. All persons having claims against the estate are required to present them to the personal representative in care of the undersigned attorney at 3 Centerpointe Dr., Suite 190, Lake Oswego, OR 97035, within four months after the date of the first publication of this notice, or such claims may be barred.
