Winter storm warning in place through Monday morning

UPDATE: Cherriots announced at 7:30 a.m. that it was chaining up all buses and alerted riders there may be service delays and buses may not always pull to the curb.

The National Weather Service is forecasting up to 3 inches of snow in Salem through the day Sunday, diminishing overnight.

Temperatures at night will drop into the 20s with a chance of snow over several days, according to the latest forecast.

In the Cascades, Oregon Trip Check was showing that Santiam Junction on Oregon Highway 22 has had 15 inches of new snow. Find the latest road conditions and highway cameras from around the state here.
