Cheers filled the Oregon State Capitol Tuesday as the 30-foot-tall Noble fir lit up in front of the crowd’s eyes.
When the Christmas tree lighting was over, families hung around to snack on cookies and punch while waiting to take photos with Santa.
Kids rushed over to the train display to watch the locomotive turn around the track.
