Successful year for Salem Art Fair with cooler temperature and plenty of joy
This year’s Salem Art Fair had a sky full of color and art with new drone and laser shows, along with lots of joy and excitement with the switch from July heat to a cooler date in September. Although early numbers suggest attendance was down a little, the Salem Art Association was happy to see people attend the fair for longer compared to previous years.

Salem Art Fair will move to September after overwhelming support from artists, vendors
The 75th Salem Art Fair & Festival will be held Sept. 13-15, 2024, Salem Art Association leaders announced. The change from a July event comes in a bid to avoid the worst heat of summer after the event was moved into an unshaded pasture to protect nearby oak trees.
