AGENDA: Polk County Commission to approve contracts

The Polk County Commission will vote on the approval of several contracts at its weekly meeting Wednesday.

The commission will take up a contract with the city of Independence regarding the Safe Routes to School program, a contract with the Oregon Department of Transportation and contracts for mental health services.

The commission will conclude its meeting in executive session, where it can privately discuss issues like personnel matters or the purchase of property.

Meeting details: Wednesday, May 29 at 9 a.m. at the Polk County Courthouse, 850 S. Main St., Dallas.
