Oregon keepsakes and travel mementos from the estate of the late Gerry Frank are on sale this weekend at the late citizen’s south Salem home.

The collection includes monogrammed towels, souvenirs from Frank’s travels to over 150 countries and some Oregon keepsakes including a limited edition Pendleton blanket signed by former Oregon Gov. Ted Kulongoski.

Frank died in March at age 98 after a life involved in Oregon business, politics and civic organizations, including raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for charities.

The sale by Muriel Walsh Estate Sales will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday through Sunday at 3250 Crestview Dr. S.

Other items on offer include a soft-serve ice cream machine, Frank’s colorful collection of clothing, an autographed Charlie Chaplain portrait and a life preserver from the R.M.S. Queen Elizabeth, according to a sale listing.
