Salem residents can learn about how the war between Russia and Ukraine is impacting citizens at a library talk Tuesday evening.
The talk is presented by Sarah Clovis Bishop, Willamette University’s associate professor of Russian.
The presentation will also cover citizens’ “acts of dissent,” according to a city of Salem newsletter Friday.
It’s scheduled for 5-6 p.m. Tuesday at the Loucks Auditorium at Salem Public Library, located at 585 Liberty St. S.E.
