Marion, Polk counties seeking information about health care access

Public health agencies in Marion and Polk counties are seeking feedback from residents about their recent experiences accessing health care and the health of the neighborhood they live in.

A joint survey from both counties’ health departments is now open. It asks about residents’ view on the top health issues facing their communities, as well as whether they’ve had trouble accessing specialty health care recently.

The survey helps inform the health departments’ assessment of community health and its planning to make the region more healthy. Previous updates to the region’s community health plan are available on the Marion County website.

The survey is available in English, Spanish, Russian and Marshallese.
