The Marion County Board of Commissioners meets Wednesday to consider a contract for vaccine outreach and tax relief for properties impacted by the 2020 wildfires in the Santiam Canyon.

AGENDA

The board will consider a resolution authorizing tax relief for eligible properties impacted by 2020 Labor Day wildfires through Senate Bill 464. The bill provides additional retroactive property tax relief to properties which lost value as a result of the wildfires.

They will consider approving a $195,415 contract with Pineros y Campesinos Unidos del Noroeste, Oregon’s Woodburn-based farmworker union to provide Covid vaccine outreach until Dec. 31.

They will consider approving a $329,514 purchase order for security at the Marion County Courthouse and the Marion County Juvenile Department through July 2022.

Commissioners will consider an amendment to a contract to add 57 Zoom telehealth licenses for $148,764 with EnSoftek, Inc.
