PHOTOS: Peek inside the new Salem Public Library

Salem’s library is on the move.

Tuesday, Aug. 17 was the final day of services at the temporary Broadway Street location. Librarians are now packing up materials and moving back to the renovated main branch at 585 Liberty St. S.E., next to City Hall.

The main branch will open to the public Sept. 1. Salem Reporter got a look inside the new facility.
