The Marion County Board of Commissioners meets Wednesday to consider approving a conditional use permit and a contract for temporary gates on some Santiam Canyon roads.
Commissioners will consider approving a $205,968 contract with Outdoor Fence Company to install temporary gates and card readers on North Fork Road, Gates Hill Road, and Pioneer Road through December to restrict access to wildfire damaged areas.
The board will consider approving an ordinance establishing county survey and plat standards.
Commissioners will receive a hearings officer’s decision approving a conditional use permit for Youth with a Mission to expand an existing youth ministry campus.
They will also consider an appeal of a hearings officer’s decision denying a permit to Red Oak Farm to offer an educational farm experience program.
