Kieran Ramsey has been named as special agent in charge of the FBI’s Portland Field Office. Kieran has a long resume in counterterrorism and has worked overseas on U.S. diplomatic staff, according to an FBI press release. In 2013, he was appointed assistant special agent in charge of the Boston Field Office’s Counterterrorism Branch, and led the Boston Marathon Bombing Task Force.
