Expansions to make room for a growing student body are nearly complete at North Salem and McNary high schools, the first in the district to undergo substantial work as part of a 2018 construction package approved by local voters.

Judson and Waldo middle schools are also nearing completion.

These four are among the first Salem-Keizer schools to receive large additions under the package. In the coming years, all 65 district schools will see some improvements, with major work at all six regular district high schools and many middle and elementary schools.
