Update 2/5 9 a.m.: Police identified Oscar Martinez, 21, as the man found dead inside a car Monday evening.
An autopsy revealed Martinez died of a gunshot wound, the Keizer Police Department said.
Detectives with Keizer police said the public is not at risk and they are continuing to investigate the crime.

Keizer police are investigating a suspicious death after finding a man dead inside a crashed car at Keizer Station on Monday night.
Officers found the man inside a crashed car on Northeast Jorie Lane around 8:30 p.m. Police said he didn’t appear to have died in the crash based on evidence at the scene.
The man’s identity has not been released.
