A 21-year-old man was stabbed in 3300 block of Hadley Street Northeast Saturday night, the Salem Police Department said.
Police said the victim was taken to Salem Health with non-life threatening injuries around 11 p.m.
Salem police didn’t respond to questions seeking more information about the victim and the circumstances of the crime.
Saturday’s stabbing is yet another act of violence highlighted by Salem police in recent weeks. In total, there have been eight shootings publicized by law enforcement in the past month. Two people died on Aug. 4 from gun violence.
