Good evening, Salem.

There's still time for you to head to the Salem Public Library for tonight's town hall discussion on homelessness.

The event runs from 6-8 p.m. It's hosted by Salem's Human Rights Commission and is intended to give people a chance to talk about challenges and successes, and have questions answered.

If you're curious about the event but can't make it, reporter Abbey McDonald is attending and will have a recap later this week.

Here's some of today's news. You can read all our latest coverage anytime on our website.
