The Salem-Keizer School Board has a quiet meeting in store for Tuesday evening.
The board will meet at 6 p.m. Oct. 8 to hear reports from the superintendent and district leaders, re-adopt the board's policy on assessing superintendent performance, and adopt proclamations for Hispanic Heritage Month and Hands and Words are Not for Hurting.
