Later this week, support the Salem Public Library at a two-day fall book sale.
The library's oldest support organization, Friends of Salem Public Library, will host the sale as well as an early access night Wednesday from 2-5:30 p.m. for members of the organization.
The sale itself is for anyone to enjoy. It will have CDs and DVDs for sale from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Thursday and 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday. During the sale, there will also be a specialty book sale and a silent auction.
All proceeds will go toward supporting library programs and special projects. Read more about the event online.
