New addition to Riverfront Carousel, St. Patrick’s Day walkabout
Good morning, Salem.
People looking for new plants are in luck this week with a weekend plant sale at Deepwood Museum and Gardens.
Deepwood’s plant sale will include a variety of native and companion plants, seeds, pottery and more at the parking lot on the corner of Southeast 12th and Lee Streets. There will also be a chance to go on free guided tours of Deepwood’s nature trails and gardens.
Throughout the event, there will be an “ask an expert” table where people can ask any plant-related questions. More information is available on Facebook. The event will be on Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
