Tickets for cheap entry to the Oregon State Fair go on sale later Wednesday morning — but unlike in past years, they’re only good to get you in the gate on weekdays.
The 24-hour sale starts at 9 a.m. and allows customers to buy up to 10 tickets for $1.60 a pop. The price is in honor of the fair’s 160th year.
Regular admission presale tickets go on sale June 5. Costs are $10 for adults and teens, $8 for children 6-12 and $3 for seniors. Kids 5 and under are free. An 11-day admission pass is $25.
The state fair runs from Aug. 22-Sept. 1 at the fairgrounds in Salem. See the concert lineup here.
