Food Share warehouse, other Salem projects getting state money
Good morning, Salem.
You may have seen paid parking signs cropping up downtown.
They're not in effect yet - July 10 is the start date. But the signage indicates currently free areas of downtown will shift to paid 12-hour on-street parking.
We're planning to talk to business owners, downtown residents and those who frequent downtown about their thoughts. We'd like to know how you expect paid parking to affect your life or business and your thoughts on the time limit.
