Oregon lawmakers took part in a competitive blood drive Monday, seeing which chamber could donate the most.

Sen. James Manning, D-Eugene, organized the effort, which the Red Cross described as the "first annual" blood drive battle.
Blood donors through the Red Cross can earn a $15 Amazon gift card for donating through June 30. Find out more or sign up online here.
