Good morning, Salem.

The Salem Public Library has launched its 2025 summer reading challenge, which is open to all ages.

Readers can track the time spent reading or listening to a book, which will earn them online badges and prizes. Participants will also earn tickets for prize drawings. Tickets must be entered by Aug. 14.

The library has made optional reading trackers to print and fill in, and there will be events throughout the summer including music performances, games and more. For more information, see the library’s website.
