Good morning, Salem.

It's cold out there, and the National Weather Service says freezing rain is on the way.

All Salem-Keizer public schools are closed today, including the online EDGE program and district offices.

As of 6 a.m., city traffic cameras showed snow and ice hitting roads in south Salem, while central and north Salem were largely clear. Local electric utilities are not reporting major outages.
