Ongoing rainfall could create some localized flooding and other hazards through the weekend, the National Weather Service said.
Salem is expected to see rain through at least Sunday, with temperatures between the mid-40s and low 50s.
"Heavy rainfall may also lead to ponding of water, general lowland flooding and localized urban flooding, especially in low lying areas or other areas with poor drainage. Heavy rainfall will also increase the potential for landslides and debris flows in areas of steep terrain," the agency warned.
