A free family-friendly event Saturday will ring in spring at Northgate Park.
The Hallman-Northgate Neighborhood Family Council is hosting a Welcoming Spring event on April 5 from 2:30-4:30 p.m. It includes free music, Mexican folkloric dance performances, an egg hunt, hot dogs and children's activities.
