PHOTOS: Viva Salem celebrates Hispanic heritage with dance

Salem’s Riverfront Park was buzzing Saturday as dozens of dancers performed at the city’s second Viva Salem festival.

The celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month featured dances from multiple states of Mexico, as well as a performance of charrería, or traditional Mexican rodeo skills.
