It’s onto the next movie at Riverfront Park this Saturday.
Movies in the Park returned earlier this month for the first time since 2019 due to the pandemic.
The program’s next showing will be “Love, Simon,” slated for dusk on Saturday.
The city still needs more volunteers for Movies in the Park this summer.
Anyone looking to volunteer should contact [email protected] or 503-589-2197. “Enjoy some live entertainment and help your community, too!,” the city said in a Facebook post Thursday.
The city listed the remaining lineup for the summer series at the Gerry Frank | Salem Rotary Amphitheater:
-Love, Simon on Saturday, July 30 around 8:30 p.m.
-Mitchells v. The Machines on Saturday, Aug. 6 around 8:30 p.m.
-Encanto on Saturday, Aug. 13 around 8 p.m.
The amphitheater is at the south end of Riverfront Park, 200 Water St. N.E.
